She is a certified Experiential Learning with Horses instructor and an executive coach and facilitator. Jane is also an experienced equestrian, and has been studying natural horsemanship and experiential learning with horses for the past 10 years. Her passion for working with horses and humans, joined with her professional background as a coach and facilitator helps her understand how to help clients overcome habits of thinking and behaving that no longer serve them. Jane’s father and brother served in the military, and she is sensitive to the issues that veterans face in returning to civilian life.
The Equus Effect has served over 60 veterans with their 4-session program and a pilot study is underway to measure the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of healing that would help veterans and their loved ones realize that they too, could go from surviving to thriving. We are so grateful to have Jane’s help and support as we strive to bring healing to women and deliver improved lives to horses at ACTT Naturally.
Jane lives on her lovely pastoral farm in Sharon CT. Her Labrador Retriever and carefully selected herd of horses reflect the tranquility of the location and Jane’s balanced nature.
