ACTT Naturally is fully supported by your donations.

BECAUSE OF YOUR SUPPORT, ACTT Naturally, now in our 6th year,  continues to successfully re-home thoroughbreds and grow our meaningful programs.

100% of your donation will go towards the care of our horses and the Hearts in Harmony/Teen leadership programs we conduct, helping the men and women who serve our country and our community, keeping us safe, and helping teens build a better future.

“I want to thank you for donating to ACTT Naturally so that I could have the privilege of attending this meaningful, empowering program. I had a feeling of true peace connecting wth the horses. ACTT Naturally’s horses and staff are wonderful” Air Force Lt. Col Sherrie M, served in Afghanistan

ACTT Naturally provides these unique programs to the men and women who selflessly serve our country and our communities at no cost to them.  we rely on your donations to run these programs.

OH  THE  PLACES  WE’LL  GO!

We hope that you and your loved ones are safe during this critical time. We have found that our services and our horses are in more demand than ever as people navigate these uncharted waters.

In the past 9 years the horses of ACTT Naturally have been spreading smiles on the faces of YMCA campers, reducing anxiety and the effects of PTSD amongst the participants in our Hearts in Harmony equine healing sessions, and building confidence in our Teen Leadership programs-all while in training for their new careers. By attending events, fund raisers, clinics, and demonstrations our horses gain confidence and learn to become  willing partners.

In 2019, we had to retire our trusty trailer. Now, we need your help to get back on the road. We are asking you to help us continue our work by donating to our “Oh The Places We Will Go!” campaign.

A safe and dependable trailer allows us to help more horses, save money as we can pick up horses needing rescue and deliver our horses to their new homes. A dependable trailer also allows us to assist local animal welfare authorities when horses are found in-need.

Our goal for this horse trailer funding campaign is $25,000. Your gift of any amount will help us acquire the new trailer we do urgently need.

Please help make our new horse trailer a reality! We have more miles and more smiles ahead of us!

Peace and love,

Valerie Buck

P.S. Our work and remarkable success has been recognized by the TDN, Channel 13 Albany, the OTB Channel, Her Life Magazine, Saratoga Today, The Blood-horse, The Daily Racing Form, Equicurean well as other news sources. With your help we can continue our ambassadorship of the Thoroughbred as a versatile and dependable partner. Visit our website to learn more www.acttnaturally.org

Donations come in many ways. While monetary gifts are always appreciated, and support our horses and our programs, we also need help in other ways. If you have a few hours a week to help with making phone calls, setting up appointments, helping with mailings, searching grant opportunities, photography, etc, your time would be appreciated.
Community Service Hours and Internships are available as well.

Horse Trailer

Our day to day work relies heavily on our horse trailer.  Picking up horses at the race track, transport between our two locations, and the ever important need to be ready for emergencies depend on reliable transportation.

In October 2019 our trailer was deemed unsafe to continue to use to transport livestock due to rust in the frame.

We have been shopping pre-owned horse trailers and the cost for what we are looking for is approximately $17,000-$20,000.

Please help us reach our goal!
